Spacious room, comfortable beds, beautiful decor, excellent 5-star service, helpful staff, easy access to main attractions.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in this city. The location was amazing, within walking distance to main attractions and easy access to transportation. The staff provided excellent 5-star service from the beginning to the end of our stay, helping us with everything we needed and even organizing amazing day trips for us. The room was spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds and a lovely garden terrace. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

All was perfect.

Had a fabulous city break, conveniently located near major attractions and just a short walk from the hustle and bustle. The staff was always helpful and had excellent communication skills. We were in awe of the luxurious rooms and the spa facilities were spotless. Breakfast had a variety of options on the freshly prepared buffet and the teas and coffees were top-notch.

Although the rooms were luxurious, the heating systems were not adequate for the colder evenings. The absence of a well-stocked minibar in the room was a bit of a disappointment.

This hotel is situated in a great location which is easy to find and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room is spacious and comfortable with quality linens and a beautiful private hammam. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with many gluten-free options. , the garden and terrace are lovely places to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The decor may not be to everyone's taste.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a hotel that made our stay memorable. the breakfast they offered was delicious, especially the cakes and fresh fruits. the hotel's location is perfect, it's close to the attractions but far enough to offer tranquility. We didn't have any trouble walking to the main spots. the staff couldn't have been nicer. They went out of their way to help us, always asking if we needed anything. the welcome tray with fruit and drink was a great touch to start our stay comfortably.

While the hotel was stunning and comfortable, it took us a bit of time to figure out the best way to get around the area. It would have been helpful to have a map at the hotel, or better direction from the staff, as we got lost a few times.
